 Student Leadership Basic Training 

‘Latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa’ (LDKS) or ‘Student Leadership Basic Training’ is one of the program activities that was held by our school, SMAN 3 Bandung, is an activity program organized by our school, which is carried out by all grade 10 students. This activity was held to train students to become a good leaders for others and especially for themselves. In this activity the students have to stay overnight at a military training center called Pusdikajen. There, the students will be trained by soldiers and trained to be decipline. This activity is mandatory for all of the students. Because from this activity students will learn many useful lessons for their future.  

For 3 days and 2 nights all of the students are trained to be decipline. Students get a lot of material regarding learning leadership. Every students have to wake up early in the morning (04.00 am) to do exercise together, and all student have to eat swiftly, orderly, and not noisy and move faster to save the time. With that, students will get used to be on time than being late and student will get used to eating in an orderly manner

students are also trained to helps each other, because students also get material about togetherness. The students have to eat together and no one is allowed to eat first when all the students have not had food. beside that students are also trained to respect others. When someone is speaking in front, students must sit properly and listen. Also, the students should finished their food to respect the chefs who cooks their food. 

After participate in this activity, i felt a change in me. This activity bring me unforgettable experiences and will be really beneficial in my future. and i think this activity is very useful and many schools should hold activities like this to educate other students and they will have a unforgettable experiences
