Student Leadership Basic Training ‘Latihan dasar kepemimpinan siswa’ (LDKS) or ‘Student Leadership Basic Training’ is one of the program activities that was held by our school, SMAN 3 Bandung, is an activity program organized by our school, which is carried out by all grade 10 students. This activity was held to train students to become a good leaders for others and especially for themselves. In this activity the students have to stay overnight at a military training center called Pusdikajen. There, the students will be trained by soldiers and trained to be decipline. This activity is mandatory for all of the students. Because from this activity students will learn many useful lessons for their future. For 3 days and 2 nights all of the students are trained to be decipline. Students get a lot of material regarding learning leadership.
